Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders ship free worldwide over $60, applied automatically at checkout. Australia, Brazil, and a few other regions are a flat $10.99 regardless of order value.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 5–7 business days; express is 2–3 business days. We ship internationally to most countries.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns on any unused item in original condition. Defective item? We'll replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Do shirts shrink in the wash?

Our shirts are pre-shrunk heavyweight blends, so shrinkage is minimal. Wash cold, tumble dry low.

Are the plushies limited?

Some drops are limited. Collectible plushies are batched — once a batch sells out, it may take 4–6 weeks to restock.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order pieces are made to order and ship in about 6–8 weeks. Buy now to lock in your spot and we'll send it the moment it's ready, with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
