Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your BlankPill gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. To start a return, email support@blankpill.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Made-to-order & pre-orders

Many of our items are printed or made to order. These are still covered by our 30-day return policy — please allow extra time for production before shipping.
